Its widely used throughout juniors,

how many of our ozhoops caoches use this?

i use something similar, only instead of a flex cut we do a shuffle cut and also have some variations but it its derived from flex.

I have ran a combination offense that involves UCLA cuts, flex cuts and shuffle cuts. It seems to put the players in constant motion and movement with a purpose.

I dont use it but it is great when teams run it well.

Grafton's state league side does it particularly well and i have a strong focus on trapping and not allowing reversal when we play them.
