Size of court

someone please,
what is the length of the court, jsut want to know how far our boys ran tonight.. 146 lengths was 1st, 128 was about 4 people in second..

Regulation court length is 28 metres.

how we did it was 15 mins on the clock, jog type running for 3 mins, then sprint for 1 min, then recovery running for 3 mins then sprint for 1.. etc.. until the buzzer went off.


Mactavish, thats a good idea.. we were doing pressing drills where the 1st unit had to make a ft then press, when they missed everyone had to do 2 suicides in 1 min(i bet they wished now they could shoot ft's)

we finished differently last night, but usually we line everyone up on the baseline.. and you come out shoot 2 ft's if you hit both, your out..
if you miss 1 everyone has a sprint the the endline and back, if you miss 2, then everyone has 2 sprints, and becoz you missed you join the line..

with 15+ people at training and no really decent ft shooters, this usually works out to be a conditioning drill too :lol:
