Quite simply STAGGERED by the price in this game for tomorrow .. Perth $6 Logan $1.12 ... with Logan -11.5 point favourites !?

Apart from the import Brown going home tonight, is there anyone else who won't be suiting up for the Lynx tomorrow ? Because if not, the head to head price in this game is a J-O-K-E ..

I realise the Lynx are, well the Lynx ... but Logan beats Adelaide on friday night and that suddenly makes them a good team on the road ? An 11 point favourite in Perth no less ??!!

Any info from the west would be greatly appreciated ... :!:

Well, even if Logan is losing, they are still within reach of the opponents, scorewise, avareging something like 66-70, but Perth...being trashed round after round, averaging 72-91. If Perth now will miss a player that can put up 15-25 minuts and 7 tebounds...could be hard for them.

Right on the mark. Thunder have been competitive in the majority of their losses both at home and away. can't say the same can be said for the Lynx. If the Doc brings her AAA game and she gets some solid support out of Malpass, Mercer and crew they might be a chance- but that's relying on the Thunder having a real ordinary one. It'll b interesting to see how they pull up after their massive win against Adelaide away- its very easy to get complacent after such a big win on the front end of a road double.

Will say though, $6 is a phenomenal price on a two-horse race!

that is a big reason why I like Perth in this situation ... I just think this is a HUGE overreaction from the Bookmakers to Logan's one and only road win on friday ... when you talk about let downs, this has to be a big one for the Thunder - backing up after long travel to a rested Perth team who's coming off an embarrassing loss at home and has had two weeks to ponder that ...

I'll be on the Lynx +11.5 & will also have a little on the $6 for the straight up win as well ...

The Lynx have a good opportunity for a win here, however Logan beat Adelaide in Adelaide ( not the easiest thing to do) and we must treat them as if we would a top four team. We Will be without Brown but I think I read in the paper Carly B will be back. With last round of giving a few other players to get over little injuries I think the girls will be ready for a win. GO LYNX :)

eyeoftiger, what happened to Logan down the stretch ? ONE of the reasons I thought Perth were such ridiculously good value at those odds today was the fatigue / travel factor for Logan on the back end of a back-to-back ... That seems to affect the girls a lot more than it does the guys ..

At 3/4 time (only looking at the livescores) I thought Logan would hold on for the win but was pretty confident Perth could at least stay within the number (+11.5) due to the fatigue factor for the visitors ...

I don't know what planet you are on at the moment, but I hope today is Sunday 14th December.

Logan played a pretty good game, didn't seem to show any signs of fatgue or jet lag ( at least as far as I could tell, I sit behind the Lynx bench maybe someone closer to the opposition bench could tell otherwise) I think we just wanted it more. Hope that helps a bit :)

The fact that it was 38+ degrees yesterday didn't hurt down the stretch though
