Does anyone have any news on how this tournament is going? Perhaps even some game times, I cant get there until 4pm tomorrow or Friday but if there is a mens game on it may be worth checking it out, I assume its still on at Hills.

4 grand finals - 7 Victorian and 1 SA team in those games.
Vics won all four, although the SA U16 women did get close @ 42-45

Vics in the boys ran their offences to a T every game. Didnt see much structure at all from any of the other teams at all

Spoke mate of mine who coached the U18 NSW men, he said that the Vic parents told him that they had been together since early December, and he'd had his boys for 2 x 90 minute sessions the day before the tournament. That might have explained the offensive dominance of the Vics compared to the rest.

Yeah, 2x90 minute sessions is fairly typical "Met Development" preparation

Now in the Pacific Coast Slam.....where Vic (country) teams have always dominated.....we have 2 x NSW 1 x NZ and 1 Qld South winner and only 1 Vic team in a final
What does THIS say about development?

Probably means that Vic country teams face the same problems as other states ,but in melbourne metro the system seams to be working well
