Nice Factor :) ,
Is it just me or is Waters the most dissapointing of the coaches this season?
First year in - rode on the back of Fox's Team and got through to the Playoffs - but this year, has had to recruit himself and think we are seing the results of that.
Lost Major players in the last 2 years that Fox had worked to put in place to keep the Rangers Dynasty going. Is this Waters Fault or something else?
The next thing we will be hearing out of Camp Waters is that they are in a Re-Building Stage. A coaches excuse for the poor recruiting and performance.
I think all accolades need to go to Pete Buckle - His first year - Herbert left overs and struggled - this year he has stamped his authority on the team and what a change of direction for the Fire.

Got to say i agree, glad im not the only one who's noticed.
Despite their modest roster i think they've under achieved, a few "names" look dis interested and their offensive structure looks very one dimensional..
Their rotations are puzzling at times too.
From an observers point of view Dale looks like he focuses more on complanning and grizzling about nothing then he does on coaching.
Too many "chiefs" on the bench too... Allot of what looks like panic, nervousness and confussion more than calm and methodical direction...
