hoping someone can help with this one because both games were away games so i wasnt there but am curious. looking at the stats i would say one of there problems is the offense.
ratio of assists to baskets: Logan 23:25 (unreal) while Sydney 10:22.  id say theres a problem with there offense. why is it so hard for them to score. the players have to do to much individual work. it looks like she had a quiet game but poto is having a goo season but in the home games she has to do all the work herself to score. was anyone there?

In the Perth game I would have pointed more to the defence first.
Look down the Lynx roster and tell me where on earth 91 points are going to come from, even with Smith playing a blinder to get 32 of them.
They out-rebounded us 38-36 - a margin which should really have been a lot wider when you look at the height of Perth's list. Sydney got out-worked, plain and simple.

Losing on the road + lift for the big teams such as Adelaide, Townsville and Canberra + lose to teams below them on the ladder = Inexperienced Youth.

If you listen to others here... Dalton's a cancer on the team!
Seriously though- I think they're in rebuilding mode.

I watched the Logan game and I have to agree with Dunkin on this... defense is there main problem. How they let Graham open on the perimeter I'll never understand as she's a flat out shooter- just a couple of brain explosions. Their offense was a little misleading as some of their players didn't shoot particularly well despite team mates getting them open- unfortunately they don't give half an assist for a getting a team mate open on a high percentage shot alone. The other thing is that they were particularly lucky that our bigs missed a fair few sitters under the basket too- they should not get open as much as Abbott, Davis and Smith did.
poto did have a chance to send the game to overtime with a prayer of a three pointer but alas.. the Thunder roared and rattled the ball out!! :D
