So outside of Toni Edmondson and Steph Cumming, who will be good additions to the team, who have they signed to replace both Macca and Benningfield??
Import search again?

Looks a likely pickup...will just need to get her the ball at the right time...

Looks to be a good pick-up in cover of Benningfield. Athletic, long and can play some defense too.
Not the range of JB but will no doubt make here athletic presence felt.
Texas were consistently in the Top 10 rankings last season so she comes from good grounding at Long Horn country.

Have it on good authority that Rangers have signed a second import, Casey Nash, who was the leading scorer in the PAC 10 in 2007.
Look for them to sign another local with talent shortly

Is there a chance they will get Carly Wilson back for this coming season? I see she is still undecided about this coming season but wondered if anyone had heard any whispers. I suspect it would make the Dandy fans very happy to see her back.

Alot may depend on hubby Adam Caporn. Both are running around in WA's SBL.

Ebzery having the year off. Rangers moving to sign Megan Moody.
They will try to get Carly, if she does not return to Europe.

All the best to her and hope she recharges the batteries in her year off. Talented kid with plenty to offer.

Gee I hope Carly plays this year, Dandy will need her to compete with the top teams this year.

were very ordinary last night! could have really put a stamp on the game early, but probably gave up 12 points in missed lay ups in first 3mins of the game...also had a spell in 2nd quarter when didnt hit anythin...
was disappointing too watch...no realy highlights for the team either...squad has talent though...just dont think coach is utilising the tools he has...

Simple, They need a scorer and maybe Gary Fox back.

they at least need to get something going. It may be too big an ask for them to beat the Boomers right now, but a good performance, or an "honourable loss" against the hottest team in the league right now might be something they can build on.

If they played Edmundson a little more, they might well just have that scorer. She is exactly what they need, someone who is tough, doesn't settle for the outside shot and takes it hard to the rim. Play her more Dale Waters or you'll lose her!!!

A disappointing loss for Dandenong against Bulleen. Bulleen were just far too big and Dandenong didn't get to the line enough or drive to the bucket. And what is it with that Boyd ref? I think he's been in a good paddock and I wonder how he got through their fitness test.

I'd say that was as close to an "honourable loss" as couple be reasonably expected, particularly without their starting point guard available.
The size mismatch was quite extraordinary ... they did well to keep Cambage < 30 points!
Not an inspiring roster though. Every time down the floor you wonder where their next score is going to come from, and no one seems particularly talented offensively. Ryan can obviously shoot, and Moody looks reasonable quality as well, but they need more options.
Bulleen are a real powerhouse team with some awesome coaching power behind them. They're going to be bloody hard to stop this season. There's certainly no shame in losing to them.

Congrat's to Dandy on their big win over Bendigo, who thought they could score 88 points, they must have carried over their last quarter form from their Bulleen match. I love watching Ryan shoot the ball from metres behind the 3 point line.

I really like her defense and aggressive play.

What has faith probst done wrong??

Faith is suffering the Dale blues. I problem that stikes down many of the ranger girls from time to time.
I wonder if those prople with their ulterior motives that shafted Garry Fox are happy with their teams success (or total lack of it) since he was shown the door ???
