Operations Manager/
General Manager

The Cockburn Basketball Association is looking to appoint an experienced person to manage the Clubs operations particularly within the area of club development and participation.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate success in a similar role. It is essential that they have well developed interpersonal, communication and influencing skills together with an ability to relate effectively with staff and volunteers, particularly children. Experience working with computers (Microsoft Office), maintaining databases and developing reporting systems will be well regarded.
The General Manager will work with the President and the Board of Directors to represent the Association. Responsibilities include financial management, implementing policy, budgeting, business planning, player recruitment, club development and promotional aspects of the clubs activities.
This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established and successful sporting Association.
