South West Metro have added former Bullet and Croc Steve Broom to their squad for this season.

Steve Black confirmed as new head coach.

a few snippets

Cam Tragardh and Chris Goulding will team up with Josh Darragh at Northside.
Brisbane will be very young, the core of last year's team has moved on/retired
I've heard Kingma is going to Rocky.
Rhys Martin, Fitzy, Coenraad will be in Mackay.
Not sure who's returning to Cairns for the title defence and don't know anything about the Heat

Should start hearing things shortly, once the Taipans situation for next season is officially resolved.

Have heard that Grabau, Williams and one other are having a break from QBL this season. Along with Nello moving elsewhere and Joel retired now, that's quite a few spots for some young up and comers.

I would imagine Chitham would play, as may young Jeromie Hill until he leaves for college.

No shortage of talent to choose from, I've been photographing SuperLeague on Sundays and that's where most of the Marlins will come from, there has been some stunning performances there. Getting them young, too - the Bulldogs team is composed entirely of high school kids and they can definitely serve it up to some of the older guys. Don't show any respect :D
