Man! It took ages to get that post right. The old system used to thread all the quotes by default. This one only takes the actual quoted post. It's a pain. Is there any way of stopping it?

The new system sucks, but I don't think the old system put a little link in each quote so you could trace back through the conversation? This system reduces duplication of the same quote over and over (via nesting), while still allowing you to trace back in a most annoying way.

.... For me....

Even when I use that little plus button next to the quote button... I only get the last post you see here. But the original post that mattic is quoting is gone.

Hence .... a reply can become outta context when a reply is done in isolation. Esp. if you are comparing comments between 2 other people as a 3rd person making a comment.
