The Convicts had a fantastic first week in FT% (thanks Melvin!), but were pretty average in most other categories. Nash and CLINT will be pushing for selection in future weeks, especially if Kelvin Robertson has another shocker. Calvary and PC will need to cut their TOs, and hopefully the introduction of Bruton will pump up the threes and assists. More blocks and boards needed from Cooper.

Just type something in Notepad (or some other Courier-style fixed width font) with spaces so it lines up, then copy it between [code] tags.

actually, doing this brings up something i thought might be a good idea at the end of last season... a h2h league could be more fun than a roto league. the weekly interest of beating your forum rival could be fun. im a big roto fan but it just aint as fun with such a shallow free agent pool

Only problem with H2H is that NBL's one or two games per week per player makes it pretty random.

same thing happens in the NBA.
its just another thing you have to take into account with your roster.

Surely you're not implying that the NBL has anywhere near as many games per week as the NBA.

no.
My understanding of your complaint is this:
If in the week of the playoffs, the Kings play one game, while the Wildcats play 2... then it leaves too much up to chance, and obviously any team that is loaded with Wildcats players will win.
That is definately the case, but then it also becomes a recruiting tactic:
ie. trade Roland Roberts for Matt Burston. (you'd lose out during the 'regular FNBL season', but have the advantage come playoffs).

No, my complaint is that because on average each player only plays one game (as opposed to four in the NBA), your entire week's outcome hinges on too few performances for it to be any more meaningful than the toss of a coin.

ok, fair complaint.
but isnt that what playoffs is all about?
You could just make it top 4, that way, the worst the top team will come is 4th.

Why bother? We all drafted according to specific rules, and those rules are designed to ensure the best team wins.
Surely you're not suggesting that we should have playoffs here which mirror the actual NBL playoffs, using stats from the playoff games?

no, but like have playoffs in the last 2 rounds of the real season... its just a suggestion, and i really think that it does work... and it adds a bit more intrigue to the game.

Well, if by intrigue you mean randomness, which is what it would produce in the NBL context. We may as well have 1 v 4 and 2 v 3 in paper/scissors/rock semi-finals, with the winners facing off in a coin-toss for the title.
I'm all for suggestions of this kind if they come up when the rules are being set before any decisions are made, but it's really too major a change to make after the draft has been completed and the season already started.
